DocuSeal is a document-signing platform that lets you create, send and collect legally binding electronic signatures. It’s used for building fillable PDF forms, sending documents to individuals or teams for completion, and securely managing signed contracts, agreements, and submissions either in the cloud or fully self-hosted on your own servers.

This lets you create custom, fillable PDF forms and add fields like checkboxes, dates, signatures, etc., using a WYSIWYG builder.
