Electricity price is 0,5 EUR/kWh, billed monthly based on actual power usage. Prices are subject to VAT for EU customers.

Amsterdam datacenter has a capacity of 5000 racks, perfectly located on Amsterdam south close to the metro station and A4/A9 ring. The facility is 24/7 accessible and guarded. Climate control, power protection are state of the art. Each rack has dual A+B 32A feeds.

Only outgoing traffic is billed. Excess traffic will be billed additionally. When renting a 1/2 or whole rack, outbound traffic is unlimited, but a fair use policy applies.
Access to your equipment is granted at any time with a personal ID pass.
The installation of spare parts from our stock is carried out the next day, subject to the availability of the components. Their cost is available upon request. In such a case, a separate agreement for their purchase is concluded.
Work is performed during working hours, no later than the next working day. It is possible to carry out urgent and nighttime work upon request.
