S3 Object Storage - Cold Storage Plan Pricing

Pricing model

The final price is calculated as (base plan) + (additional consumption).

• The base plan is a fixed price subscription.

• Additional consumption (bandwidth and volume) is billed as pay-as-you-go and calculated daily.

Cold Storage Plan (scalable)

“Cold Storage” plan has a fixed price per month and includes:

• 250 GB of storage

• 0 TB of outbound traffic

• 1,500 command requests per IP address per second to all buckets on an S3 account

• max amount of 100 buckets

“Cold Storage” plan limits can be automatically increased according to “Additional Rates”.

The Company reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time. Any changes to pricing shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Company's website and/or within the Customer Portal.

The final price of the Service shall be the price displayed on the order checkout page within the Customer Portal at the time the Customer places the order. Any pricing information displayed elsewhere on the website is provided for informational purposes only and shall not be considered binding or constitute an offer by the Company.

• Additional storage above included 250 GB costs $0.012/GB/month

• Bandwidth costs $0.015/GB transferred

• Additional amount of buckets - please contact sales

Additional Rates EUR

• Additional storage above included 250 GB costs €0.01/GB/month

• Bandwidth costs €0.013/GB transferred

• Additional amount of buckets - please contact sales

Storage volume

• Storage volume is calculated daily with rounding up to 1 GB (with no GB shares less than 1).

• Additional storage above included 250 GB is billed as pay-as-you-go and calculated daily according to the formula:
  

  Daily Cost = Stored_GB × (Price_per_GB_per_month / Days_in_month)

• Additional storage above the included 250 is charged according to Additional Rates.

Examples of additional volume calculation

(Example volume price is $0.02/GB/month and is not the final price, it is provided for explanatory purposes only)

• 1 GB stored for 1 month → $0.02

• 1 GB stored for 15 days → about $0.01 based on amount of days in a month

• 10 GB stored for 1 month → $0.20

• 10 GB stored for 10 days → about $0.067 based on amount of days in a month

Upload and delete files the same day

• As additional volume is calculated daily, the additional volume of files uploaded and deleted the same day is not billed. But this action is allowed to be done for 3 times per month. Otherwise, all additional monthly volume will be summed and billed for amount of days this action took place.

Bandwidth

• Bandwidth is charged according to Additional Rates.

• Bandwidth is calculated with rounding up to 1 GB (with no GB shares less than 1).

• 1 TB is calculated as 1024 MB.

• Inbound bandwidth to HOSTKEY Object Storage is free.
