Role Overview
The Sales Executive will spearhead the generation of new leads, extending beyond our existing client base and venturing into untapped markets. This pivotal role includes optimizing sales processes, cultivating and coaching a high-performing sales team, and personally overseeing strategic sales processes for key accounts. This senior position offers considerable autonomy in developing innovative strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 3 years of robust experience in Hosting, Cloud, Telecom, and the Dedicated Servers Business. An understanding of server hardware and its components from a sales perspective is important. Exceptional social skills are crucial. The candidate must be prepared to work flexible hours, primarily spent meeting potential leads in different countries.
Compensation
Compensation is performance-based, encompassing a competitive salary and an enticing commission plan.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define comprehensive strategies and resource requirements to achieve performance goals.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential accounts, solicit new business, and establish strong relationships with clients. Provide technical information, explanations, and prepare sales quotations for outbound sales efforts.
Client Engagement: Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend tailored products and solutions.
Sales Optimization: Increase sales and enhance average client contracts through effective crossselling, up-selling, add-on sales, and strategic promotional concessions.
Pricing Strategies: Present pricing, prorated credits, and billing terms aligned with standard procedures and profitability profiles, in collaboration with stakeholders.
Team Leadership: Establish, recruit, coach, and lead international sales teams, demonstrating leadership once your sales strategies are in motion.
CRM Management: Setup and maintain meticulous customer files within the company’s CRM tool.
Brand Representation: Elevate HOSTKEY's profile by actively participating in key business meetings; skillfully communicate our unique strengths to leave a lasting, positive impression on potential clients.
Desired Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
Understanding of Information Technology and Web Hosting is desirable.
High enthusiasm for sales and exceptional communication skills.
Demonstrated expertise in prospecting and closing sales.
Experience in implementing and managing CRM systems.
Team-first attitude.
Fluent in English.
