Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in procurement management and commercial negotiations. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail to work effectively with suppliers. Experience in procurement and familiarity with modern tools and technologies in this field are highly valued. This candidate will play a key role in optimizing procurement processes, ensuring high quality and competitive pricing for the company.

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

• Process procurement requests from internal departments by soliciting supplier proposals.

• Compile, analyze, and manage data in comparative tables for efficient supplier selection.

• Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with vendors to ensure the best possible agreements.

• Place and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers and vendors.

• Develop procurement strategies aligned with company goals and market trends.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to determine supply needs.

• Maintain accurate records of purchased goods, contracts, and vendor performance.

• Keep up-to-date with procurement trends and tools to ensure optimal purchasing processes.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles.

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

• Organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in building and maintaining vendor relationships.

• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on market trends.

• Familiarity with procurement software and databases is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Fluent in English
