HOSTKEY will provide you with the tools you need to reliably manage your servers from afar. You will be able to remotely track the health of your server at all times and the system is equipped with an automatic trigger to alert a technician of any issue day or night.
We at HOSTKEY routinely monitor each dedicated server with a ping command. In the event a server does not respond to a ping, it immediately triggers the intervention of a technician to check the situation and minimize downtime.
Should there be a problem, we will reboot your server and supply you with a diagnostic in an effort to avoid this type of issue in future. If the failure is a hardware problem, a technician will appear on site and replace the failed equipment.
