    Role Overview:

    The Sales Manager will assume a pivotal role in our sales strategy, with a primary focus on lead generation to drive the expansion of our client base, will actively participate in client meetings, leveraging their expertise to contribute significantly to the growth of key accounts. This involves cultivating strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and collaboratively strategizing to ensure our solutions align seamlessly with their requirements.

    We are seeking an ideal candidate with a proven track record of success in sales within the IT field. A background in the intricacies of server hardware and its components will be considered a significant advantage, enabling the candidate to navigate technical discussions seamlessly and provide tailored solutions to clients. We value individuals who exhibit not only sales acumen but also a keen understanding of the ever-evolving landscape of IT solutions. This candidate will play a key role in shaping client relationships, driving business growth, and contributing to the overall success of HOSTKEY.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation: In the realm of lead generation, the Sales Manager will proactively identify potential accounts by employing strategic market research and analysis. This involves not only recognizing existing opportunities but also staying ahead of emerging trends in the IT industry. Soliciting new business will require a proactive outreach approach, leveraging effective communication skills to engage and captivate potential clients. Establishing client relationships will be a cornerstone, fostering trust and paving the way for fruitful long-term partnerships.

    Client Engagement: Client engagement goes beyond surface-level interactions. The Sales Manager will delve into understanding the unique requirements of each customer. This involves active listening, thorough needs assessment, and a deep comprehension of industry challenges. By doing so, the Sales Manager will be adept at recommending tailored products and solutions that align precisely with the client's business objectives. The goal is to create a seamless and personalized experience that not only meets but exceeds client expectations.

    Desired Skills & Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of sales experience

    • Understanding of Information Technology and Web Hosting is desirable

    • High enthusiasm for sales and exceptional communication skills

    • Demonstrated expertise in prospecting and closing sales

    • Experience in active using CRM systems

    • Team-first attitude

    • Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Arabic, or Turkish will be considered an additional advantage.
