Is it possible to rent a server from you in the configuration we are interested in?

Basic configurations of equipment that we are prepared to make available for immediate hire are available on our website.

If you didn't find the right configuration, you can always contact our Sales department. Our managers will help you with your requirements.

Test servers

If you would like to test the Internet speed to resources hosted on our servers, you can make use of Speedtest or Looking Glass without having to wait for the deployment of the test server.

You can request a test server if you would like to:

  • to test the compatibility of the software and the chosen configuration of the dedicated server or VPS;
  • to make sure that the server configuration chosen is capable of all the tasks at hand and that server upgrade (RAM, HDD, etc.) won’t be necessary in the near future;
  • to evaluate the performance of HOSTKEY’s servers in practice.


When providing a test server, HOSTKEY uses an individual approach to every client. On average, the trial period is 3 days.

If you would like to get further information regarding getting a test server and/or terms and conditions of the service, please, contact our managers.

After trial period is over, you can pay for the server and continue using it. If we haven’t received the payment within 3 days after the end of the trial period, the server will be terminated and all data deleted.


HOSTKEY operates under the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the Netherlands and the United States of America.

Therefore, we ask you to use servers without breaking the laws of the corresponding country.

What discounts do you offer?

HOSTKEY offers the following discounts:

  • Prepayment for 3 months — 3%.
  • Prepayment for 6 months — 6%.
  • Prepayment for 12 months — 12%.

We also hold regular promotions, information about which is posted on the website.

We are ready to discuss server prices for large orders - write a detailed request with desired prices to email, we will provide an individual offer.

How many day you keep data for the server no paid?

Usually, we terminate the server five days after its due date. If we need it urgently for a new order - it could be released faster. You may always request an extension via e-mail.

We are not based in Amsterdam, what we are to do in order to colocate a server in your data centers?

After signing a contract for equipment colocation with our company, you can send your server(s) to us with a courier with a prior agreement to do so.


Do not forget to insure your server for its full value during transportation (remember, courier companies provide such a service).

We are also ready to provide you equipment on a lease basis or assist you in purchasing the server in the required configuration from our supplier.

Can I buy your server and place it in the HOSTKEY data center?

To get a proposal for the supply of equipment, we need a specification and wishes for possible options. Send us a request, and we will make a commercial offer. Here you can find information about the placement and maintenance of servers in HOSTKEY data centers.

Can I get a discount if I rent multiple servers?

We are ready to discuss server prices for large orders – write a detailed request with the desired prices to [email protected], we will provide an individual offer.

What happens to the funds on the account during switching to another hardware?


Refund requests are handled individually with the sales manager.

We usually provide another server for migration during the migration to new hardware.

Unused funds paid for the rental of the previous hardware are credited as payment for the new hardware after the recalculation and completion of the migration.

I canceled the automatic PayPal payment for your server, but money was taken from my account. How to cancel a debit?

This happens if the PayPal subscription is not canceled – check your wallet and cancel the subscription. Please write us to apply for a refund.

You should specify where we can return the money in the request: back to PayPal or to your personal account


Please note that the refund is made only to the wallet from which the transaction was made.
