For security reasons, the outgoing TCP ports (25, 587, 465) and the UDP port (5060) have been blocked by default for all VPS to prevent spam activities. These can be opened on request by our support team.

FAQ

To install ISPmanager, you need to select a license while ordering a server on the HOSTKEY website. Our automatic deployment system will install the control panel on your server. Also on the official website of ISPmanager you can read how to install this control panel yourself.

To switch to a more functional version of ISPmanager, for example from Lite to Pro, you need to remove the current license, pay for a new one and activate it.

When ordering a dedicated or virtual server on the HOSTKEY website, you need to select the appropriate version of ISPmanager. After paying for the order, you will receive the necessary registration information to your email.
